In the long-distance race of B2B manufacturing, trust is the most precious medal, and dedication leaves the firmest footprints. Recently, our factory received a “renewal of trust” that spans 12 years—a long-time client who collaborated with us 12 years ago to customize backpacks for the United Nations’ children has returned to place a new order for children’s school bags.
Over the years, he has moved on to a different industry, yet when the need for custom backpacks arose again, he chose us once more. This enduring trust is not only a recognition of the quality we deliver, but also a testament to our unwavering commitment and craftsmanship in the field of bag manufacturing.
In 2014, we received a special request from a client—to produce a batch of functional backpacks for a United Nations children’s project，that is a preschool backpack. At the time, the client had extremely stringent requirements for suppliers: not only did the backpacks need to meet the UN’s strict international standards, but every stitch had to reflect care for the children.
Our team dedicated several weeks to the project, from initial design and pattern creation (featuring playful animal illustrations, leafy motifs, and cartoon elements, as shown in the images) to material selection and functionality considerations (such as reinforced shoulder straps and secure zippers), and finally to eco-friendly, non-toxic printing. Every detail was carefully refined, aiming to balance playfulness with durability.
This kids school backpack ultimately stood out in the client’s project thanks to its vivid visual design (a fresh blue-and-orange color scheme and adorable animal motifs), solid craftsmanship (durable fabrics and meticulous stitching), and precise understanding of children’s needs (lightweight and easy to carry). The toddler backpack we delivered went on to accompany the growth of countless children.

Over the past 12 years, our clients have spanned multiple fields, including education, charity, outdoor, and fashion. Yet we never forget that first trust from a long-time customer—it reminds us that at the heart of manufacturing lies the ability to make every order the beginning of a lasting relationship.
