On January 15, 2026, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) officially announced the withdrawal of accreditation for four consumer-product testing laboratories located in China. Laboratories Affected

The following laboratories are no longer recognized by the CPSC:

• Shenzhen GTT Testing Technology Co., Ltd. (CPSC Lab ID 1843)
• Dongguan True Safety Testing Co., Ltd. (CPSC Lab ID 1755)
• Fujian Berton Testing Service Co., Ltd. (CPSC Lab ID 1857)
• Shenzhen HUAK Testing Technology Co., Ltd. (CPSC Lab ID 1710)

Product certifications issued by these laboratories are no longer valid for regulated consumer products intended for sale in the United States.

Any U.S.-bound consumer products that were tested or certified by the above laboratories must be re-tested by a currently CPSC-accredited laboratory before importation or sale.
