Q1: Can you produce a bag based on our design reference or inspiration from another brand?

A: Yes. We accept custom development orders based on your design references, sketches, or inspiration images. Our design team will create a tech pack and produce a prototype for your approval. Please note that we respect intellectual property rights and will not replicate any copyrighted or trademarked elements (e.g., brand logos, proprietary hardware designs). All custom designs developed for you are confidential.

Q2: What happens if the bulk production doesn’t match the approved sample?

A: We maintain a "golden sample" (counter-signed by your representative) in our QC department. Every production batch is inspected against this reference. In the unlikely event of a discrepancy, we will rework or remake the affected units at our cost. We also welcome third-party pre-shipment inspections to provide additional assurance.

Q3: Do you have a minimum order value requirement?

A: Our MOQ is defined per style per color (typically 500 pcs). There is no separate minimum order value (MOV). However, for orders close to the MOQ, a small handling surcharge may apply to cover setup and administrative costs. We encourage combining multiple styles in one container to optimize shipping costs.
