Synberry Cambodia Factory Expansion Completed

With our business continuing to grow, our production base in Cambodia has reached a new milestone.

Very happy to share with our clients and partners that by the end of this month, the new facility of our Cambodia factory has completed interior fit-out and is officially on-line now. This expansion triples our footprint from 8,000 m² to 25,000 m². At present we have 750 workers in house, and taking backpacks as an example, can produce 450,000 units per month. We will keep recruiting through the year, aiming to raise headcount to 1,800 within the next twelve months and to correspondingly expand capacity.

Looking ahead, larger-scale production will allow the automation equipment and standardized processes we developed in-house to deliver even greater cost advantages. Output efficiency will rise and manufacturing costs are expected to fall further, while the added capacity will give us the flexibility to handle both high-volume orders and customized products, meeting our customers’ diverse needs.

We will continue to uphold rigorous LEAN production management and quality-control standards, enhancing both our product and service capabilities. As always, we are committed to delivering high-quality, reliable OEM/ODM solutions for handbags, backpacks, duffel bags and cosmetic pouches-creating even greater value for customers worldwide.
